By accessing and using the Filipino Artworks by Dating Halaman website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Commission Process

When commissioning artwork from Dating Halaman:

• All commissions require a detailed project discussion and written agreement
• A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins
• The remaining balance is due upon completion before delivery
• Turnaround times vary based on project complexity and will be agreed upon in advance
• Revisions are limited as specified in the commission agreement

3. Payment Terms

Payment methods and terms will be specified in your commission agreement. All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Dating Halaman retains copyright to all original artwork
• Clients receive a license to use the commissioned artwork for personal or agreed commercial purposes
• Dating Halaman reserves the right to display commissioned work in portfolios and promotional materials
• Reproduction rights can be negotiated separately

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are as follows:

• Cancellations before work begins: Full refund of deposit minus processing fees
• Cancellations after work has started: No refund of deposit; additional charges may apply for work completed
• Dating Halaman reserves the right to cancel commissions with full refund if unable to complete the project

6. Delivery and Shipping

For physical artworks, shipping costs are additional unless otherwise specified. Dating Halaman is not responsible for damage during shipping, though we take all reasonable precautions in packaging. Digital artworks will be delivered via email or file transfer.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing clear, detailed project requirements and reference materials
• Timely responses to communication and approval requests
• Ensuring they have rights to any reference materials provided
• Making payments according to the agreed schedule

8. Limitation of Liability

Dating Halaman is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or artwork. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific commission in question.

9. Website Use

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
